Ability to select from all tags when selecting for sidebar

Continuing the discussion from Try out the new sidebar and notification menus!:

Click the pencil icon next to the categories or tags sections to be taken to your sidebar preferences page to add categories or tags to your own sidebar.

When selecting sidebar tags, only 10 appear in the dropdown menu on my forum (and 5 on meta). It would be good if there were a way to be presented with all tags and select from the complete list. Maybe:

1. Increase the dropdown maximum from 10 to something like 100 (though many sites would still have too many to include a dropdown).

2. How about changing the /tags page with an “add to sidebar” icon beside each tag listed there?
