Adding a theme component to a multisite installation?

We have a multisite, two-container, installation of Discourse 2.7.0 beta 5. I want to add the “brand header” theme component to one of the sites. Do I just add it in the normal way via the admin UI, or should I be doing something at the container level? It would be ok if it becomes available on all of the sties, as long as it doesn’t mess anything up.

If you want to install it to one site then you can do this by going to admin > customise.

If you install it on one site it will not affect the others.

Is there anyway with one base programmatic installation to effect all other sites ?
