I had added the ads.txt content in Ad Plugin but the page mysite/ads.txt is not opening.
I am getting the Adsense alert due to not having ads.txt page.
Please help to resolve the matter.

Because i am having the same issue, even after changing it (and ads.txt is displayed correctly).
The original problem was about ads.txt not loading (possibly because the setting was renamed around that time). If your ads.txt is loading and has the correct format @leopedrini you may need to wait a week or two for Google to find it and remove the alert.
