On our self hosted instance, if i’m not using an admin account to ask questions, the bot won’t answer any of them, either from the inbox chat with the robot icon or by @ in a discussion.
Other features work regardless of the admin status, like when we select some text and ask for proofreading.
I have all options in the AI plugin settings set to “everyone”
Try changing from everyone to trust_level_0.

The “everyone” group isn’t a real group. Most cases that I’m aware of, having “everyone” appear in permission settings drop down menus is a bug. An exception to this is the “everyone” option on the category settings security section. In that case it works as expected.
