Arrange tags using headings on "/tags" page

I set up a couple of tag groups, thinking they would affect the layout of the /tags page. I now realise it’s just to limit who can use which tags.

But on Meta here, you have headings on your tags page. How do you do that? Thanks.

There’s an additional setting at /admin/site_settings called tags listed by group — you probably need to enable that.
