I am wondering if this scenario is feasible on Discourse:
- every time a new topic is created
- wait for 24h
- then check if the message got a reply
- if not, then use the Zendesk integration and create a ticket on Zendesk
I checked on this community, but did not find the answer. This would be very helpful for us to link our community on Discourse and the tool our support team is using, Zendesk in this case.
