Badge Editor missing translations

I reported the section titles in

Badges form.Section titles are not translatable

I noticed that the heading of the settings section when I create or edit a badge also says “settings” when my interface language is German. [Screenshot_20241213_033019_Firefox] I have enabled verbose localization to check whether the text can be translated, and it looks like it cannot. [Screenshot_20241213_032217_Firefox]

I didn’t report the dropdowns because I had the impression that those aren’t translated in general.
Dropdowns at site settings like top page default timeframe or Share quote visibility or the dropdown at the admin/config/emoji page aren’t translatable either.
