Sure, search your site settings for that email address and you can edit it there.
You are probably right, however I cannot find such a setting anywhere in /admin/site_settings/. Can you provide a hint as to where the setting might be found?

And there’s no way to open that setting for me from Discourse? I would have to be an Enterprise customer rather than Business?
No, because reply via email is set up by default on our hosting.
