Currently we have the problem that we can not open the moderators inbox. A :(-smiley always appears. What could be the reason for this?

did you happen to change any of the moderator group interaction settings? admin - groups - moderators - manage - interaction
or /g/moderators/manage/interaction

When you try and open the inbox are you seeing any errors pop up the console? Or anything in /logs?
