Absolutely, yes.

Where can I find more info about this?
Would I be able to also add a description? An image?

I’m confused about the URL you shared…
For example if I have a tag “tiago” my url shows /tag/tiago, but the url you shared shows tags/c/bug/1/email…?

I selected the email in the tag selector from the Contribute > Bug category, so it updates the URL to filter email in Contribute > Bug.

If you select email from /latest, the URL will be updated to https://meta.discourse.org/tag/email.
