Hello. One of our members requested an email change, since the system didn’t allow her to. When she opens the verification link, it shows “Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private”. I tried changing it from their preferences, but they keep getting the same error when clicking on the email link. Any way to fix this?

It sounds like this user has something on their computer, network, or email (like antivirus or some other “link processor”) that is manipulating the links in the email and interfering with the process.
