I am a volunteer moderator on a Discourse forum. When I give a forum user an official warning and include the moderator group in the “To:” field would that give all the moderators a warning as well?

If you include the moderators in the “to” field of a PM, the PM will be added to the moderators inbox.
The type of notification that moderators will receive for the PM depends on the notification state they have selected for that inbox. If the moderator has selected “watching” or “watching first post” for the inbox, they will receive a notification for each PM that gets added to it. If the moderator is “tracking” the inbox, they will get a periodic notification of the number of messages that are in the inbox.
