Discourse Jira comment Sync is not working

I done configuration for Jira plugin in my Discourse community and the issue creation and attachment is working fine. But when i add comment in Jira it is not reflecting in Discourse.

I can see the webhook logs

I done some changes in the configuration, now Jira ticket creation is working but the two way binding is not happening ( when i am adding a comment in the jira ticket it is not reflecting in discourse ).

Can anyone help me with this, Thank you
