I’m setting up a workflow where Discourse posts automatically create tickets in our internal Jira when a user submits a new topic. I know Discourse supports this functionality.
However, I’m wondering—if we update the status of the Jira ticket (e.g. from Backlog to DONE), will that change sync back to the original Discourse post? And will the user be able to see that update?
