Discourse-translator and discourse-topic-tooltips plugin cloning error

While clonning below two plugin

• git clone https://github.com/discourse/discourse-translator.git
• git clone https://github.com/discourse/discourse-topic-tooltips.git

I am getting this error

That repository doesn’t seem to exist? Are you certain that is the correct link?
