Discourse > Zendesk Plugin Bug: Missing Discourse Posts in Tickets

This bug affects the integration between Discourse and Zendesk, where some Discourse posts fail to get created as Zendesk tickets. The issue seems to occur when the first interaction with the topic is a reply, not the original post. In such cases, the Zendesk ticket only contains the reply and not the original post, making the context incomplete.
