Suggestion:
For consistency and information, display the tags that are assigned to the topics on the Activity tabs: All, Replies, Drafts, Likes, Reactions (maybe Solved and Votes - I don’t have any activity for these, so can’t see how the topics are displayed there), and the Notifications tabs: Replies, Likes, Mentions, Edits (maybe Links and Reactions - I have no activity).
The tags are displayed next to the category on the Topics, Read and Bookmarks Activity tabs:
