Enable the subscriptions plugin to handle more than just card payments

We’ve got a lot of users who work for organisations which demand invoices and payment via direct bank transfer.

Also, cards usually have quite large fees attached, which grates with the NZ ‘tight-arse’ culture. These can be minimised with other methods.

Any chance of considering this?
