It worked perfectly fine when I used speedydev.zapto.org as the domain and I was able to connect to it with no problems, but when I changed it to speedydev.tk it no longer works.
Based on the guide for hosting Discourse on Oracle, the Public IP which I said I pointed the domain to, is the IP which is used for the forum.
