Help with mounting the new filesystem

Let’s check the mounted file system permissions, etc . from inside the container.

Note: Not 100% sure if we can move the uploads out to another partition like this, but we will soon find out …

Note2: @headless reached his quota for new user posting, so to help him out, we continued this discussion here:

Update: This “use a symlink” seems to have been a “wild goose chase” and @headless is reverting back to the “mounted external volume” configuration. I was hopeful this would work with a symlink, but the symlink method did not pan out.

Update:

@Headless reports

  1. That his “red box” error in the dashboard is now “fixed” (or perhaps just, back to normal).
  2. Still has a problem with some avatars, etc.

Now, he is going to try raking the avatars.
