Hide the Replies, Views, Activity columns?

Is is possible with Discourse to eliminate the somewhat schizophrenic overwhelm of potentially pointless user thumbnail and number columns on the right side of the page?

Is there a way to hide the tabs of replies, views, activities, users, etc

Is there a way to hide any of the tabs like Users, Replies, Views, Activity because in some cases I think they can turnoff forum users.

Yea the other two links posted above give good suggestions, but wanted to add this other theme called Minima that hides those columns in addition to lots of other lesser used features/information.
