How can i add subcategory from discourse admin?

Hi, I guys i know i can add a category in from /categories link but i want to add a child category in a new category where can i do that ?

Same button, you simply fill out the parent category field to make it a sub-category

Iā€™m trying but the field is disabled. unable to do that.

This looks like a heavily customized instance. Try disabling your customization.

In the admin panel, navigate to the Customize section, select CSS/HTML, select your customization, disable it and save ā€“ repeat if you have more than one customization.

You can re-enable them there later on, if you want :slight_smile:
