installation on windows server is not recommended
You’ll have to install docker on Your Windows Server then try to follow the installation guide. If something doesn’t work, Google is Your best friend.
If what you want is a production server, the answer is that you can’t.
If you want to do development, then you can search for “windows development” and start finding things like Beginners Guide to Install Discourse on Windows 10 for Development

I’d recommend that you spin up a 4gb Ubuntu instance on OVH. That’s how my forums have been running and im pretty happy with it.
4GB may not be needed, especially for new, smaller communities.

Yeah 4gb is inexpensive so I recommended it. I think 2Gb is the smallest offered by OVH.
Although it’s the min recommended, I’d avoid 1gb if at all possible as I’ve found Installing, updating etc to be a chore.
