How can I show topics that have not received an answer yet?

Is there a way to search/filter for unanswered topics in a category? Seems like an FAQ but I haven’t hit on the right keywords.

You can search using this condition status:unsolved. And if you want to search topics that don’t have any replies you can use status:noreplies search term.

Thanks, that worked. I’ve created an /unsolved permalink via Admin → Customize → Permalinks to the relative URL /search?expanded=false&q=status%3Aunsolved%20%23support, so now the team can go to that URL and make sure we leave no page unturned :slight_smile:

You can also configure a filter above the topic list
