How do I cancel my hosting plan?

You have the option to cancel at any time through your admin dashboard:

As part of the cancellation process, a complete backup, including all uploads associated with your site, will be generated and made available for download. Please ensure that you keep this backup in a safe place so that you can restore the site in the future if needed.

Additionally, besides decommissioning the site, you will be offered two other optional downgrades:

  • the Staff-only plan, which makes the site read-only for everyone except staff users
  • the Read-only plan, which renders the site read-only for all users
