My discourse is in pt_BR language, but discobot still sending messages in English. Where can I translate or change it?

Hi @naka, you need to translate it from Transifex https://www.transifex.com/discourse/discourse-org/.

If you are interested, please send a PM to @zogstrip indicating your email so that he can add you as a Portuguese translator.
The translations made will not be visible in real time, but will be merged in Discourse once a week or so.
