How to delete all data from WP Discourse?

How can I remove all data used and created by the WP Discourse plugin?

The only data the WP Discourse plugin stores in Wordpress are Wordpress meta fields, used to store things like discourse topic ids, and log files (which are small and contain no Personally Identifying Information). These are standard things to store for a Wordpress plugin, and don’t typically get deleted when you remove a plugin.
