How to keep a trust level from uploading any media, including profile pictures?

There’s a way to prevent a trust level from uploading images/media, however this does not seem to apply to profile pictures.

How can I make it apply to all forms of uploading, including profile pictures?

You can disable allow uploaded avatars in Site Settings.

You can also use the Restrict uploads and specify the Trust Level you want in the theme site settings

i’d like those with a trust level of 2+ to be able to upload avis and trust level of 1-2 to not be able to upload anything, including avis

Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to restrict avi uploads, and I activated it right

avi upload went through on a trust level 0

Seems like the request here may be expressed as:

  • change allow uploaded avatars from a boolean to “minimum trust level” setting

Is this correct?
