I want to remove the nofollow tag attached to a link posted by a user.
You can leave ugc and noopener as they are.

How should I fix it?

The background is that users of my site are posting for the purpose of getting backlinks.

Those users need a higher trust level to have their links be followed, so grant them a higher trust level.
