How do I do that, given that /admin/customize/site_texts online gives me access to the copirs in the site locale?

I think you need to change language on your profile setting to see the other locales
e.g. this is my forum if I set French on my profile:

Est-ce que toutes ces traductions ne changent pas après une mise à jour majeure, par exemple ?
Et si l’API est utilisée pour la traduction ? Pas de chaos indésirable ?
Je pose la question parce que traduire manuellement toutes les langues (et le texte personnalisé) représente beaucoup de travail.
