I cannot find the email text for:

How can I find and translate that?

I get a mix of German (correct) and English (incorrect):

If you go to your Admin / Customize / Text page and enter “Now that you’ve been promoted, it’s time to learn about some advanced features!” into the search box, the text string to translate should appear. The key that is used for the template is discourse_narrative_bot.tl2_promotion_message.text_body_template .
