How to use number displace name of tag in hyperlink

i noticed that the hyperlink of posts is end of number like this

but the end of tags is their name ,like this

https://forum.beginner.center/tag/discourse

if i change the name of this tag after, i think it will make some trouble of browsing

can i set the hyperlink of tags use number?

No, there’s no option for this at the moment, though it seems like a reasonable suggestion.
