I feel like there is some odd behavior with user titles, user groups, and setting primary groups

…or maybe I’m misunderstanding the intent of primary group.

All users who join under my company domain automatically get added to the user group “company name”, and it sets their group as primary.

Some users, I give access to another group, like “Customer Success”. When I do, I check the option to set it as their primary group. I would expect at that point, with Customer Success as their primary user group, their titles would change to the title listed in the Customer Success user group…but they don’t.

What am I missing?
