Ignored user functionality

We are finding the ignored user functionality very useful. Question, do regular users still see the topic titles of ignored users? Or is this dependent on level? Ideally, users would no longer be bothered by ignored users at all

At this time, topics created by an ignored user will display in topic list, however, the content of the first post is hidden. You can find the full rundown and discussion of the Ignore feature here:

Problem Stemming from these two solid discussions about why this might be ever needed, we started to think and work on allowing a User to ignore another User. We think of this problem as: I am a user, I want to ignore a specific user’s posts due to X reasons. I want choose to ignore the other user’s posts: a. For a certain topic b.
