Is there a blog plugin for Discourse's meta blog implementations?

I really enjoy the blog implementation at https://blog.discourse.org/ and I’m wondering if this is a plugin (that I don’t seem to be finding) or if their implementation is custom.

So that site at least is Ghost-based, not a Discourse instance.

To complement @merefield response, blog.discourse.org is a Ghost blog on Ghost official hosting service and using Embed Discourse comments on another website via Javascript for the Discourse integration.

Previously it was a WordPress blog, which was migrated to Jekyll and then to Ghost. All three had great integration story with Discourse.
