Is there any way to fully disable the email?

I hope that when new users register, they don’t need to verify their mailboxes, and when they reset their passwords, they don’t need to verify their mailboxes (just have the old passwords).

All email notifications are also closed.

Is there any way I can do this?

I want to use it in an intranet environment so all mail related features will be unavailable.

If your intranet has some kind of sso then you don’t need password reset or email validation.
