User pedropm is experiencing issues with notifications on the iPhone app, where it indicates pending notifications, but none are found upon logging in. This issue appears to be related to synchronization problems. zogstrip suggested forcing an update by pulling down on the 2nd screen, but pedropm tried this and reported no change.

the iPhone app frequently indicates that notifications are pending, but when I log in… they aren’t. (see images)
It seems like it does not get well synchronised, and thus the app does not realise that the forum has already been visited.

Have you tried pulling down to force an update on the 2nd screen?
I have done it now, but to no effect. It stays the same.
