I would like to remove the " manager" category but I have three subject on it I can’t delete it, do you know why ?

I’d assume that we’re missing the correct term in translation, Are you by chance referring to the default “staff” category or is this a category you created earlier?
If it is the default category, I’d suggest that you don’t delete it as it can cause problems during a future upgrade of discourse.

Staff is a built-in category and can’t be deleted. It can only be seen my administrators and moderators, if you don’t want it appearing in the default categories list you can add it to the default categories muted.
