Latest Infinite Scroll on Homepage?

Is it possible to configure Discourse so that the Latest column infinite scrolls on the main page when configured to the right of the categories?

I didn’t see this as an option, but it’d be pretty great if the left side would float and essentially dock in place when you scrolled too far and then the right side would keep scrolling.

Can this be achieved with built-in settings?

This can’t be achieved with the built in settings (but I think it’s an interesting idea).

It could definitely be accomplished with a theme… but I think it would be easier to approach by adding a category sidebar to the /latest page.
