Limiting a tag to a group defaults to 'visible only to group' on initial safe

  • Select Tags are visible to everyone, but only the following groups can use them
  • Select a group
  • Save

Tag is actually saved as Tags are visible only to the following groups

I can reproduce this on my local dev site. What Iā€™m finding is that when the tag group is first created and the ā€œTags are visible to everyone, but only the following groups can use themā€ option is selected, the ā€œTags are visible only to the following groupsā€ will be selected after clicking the Save button:

If I then select the ā€œTags are visible to everyone, but only the following groups can use themā€ option again and save the changes, the correct option is saved:

The issue seems to be related to the position of the group input field in the form.
