Limitare un tag a un gruppo imposta di default su 'visibile solo al gruppo' al primo salvataggio

Tag is actually saved as Tags are visible only to the following groups

I can reproduce this on my local dev site. What I’m finding is that when the tag group is first created and the “Tags are visible to everyone, but only the following groups can use them” option is selected, the “Tags are visible only to the following groups” will be selected after clicking the Save button:

If I then select the “Tags are visible to everyone, but only the following groups can use them” option again and save the changes, the correct option is saved:

The issue seems to be related to the position of the group input field in the form.

FIX: Selected Tag Group permission shouldn’t change during save

A fix to address this issue was merged in this morning.
