"Log Out" refreshing website, but still logged in

Since it is my first post to this forum - hello everyone!

I have weird problem with “Log Out”, when I’m trying to log out myself website is refreshing but I’m still logged in… I’ve noticed some errors in JS console TypeError: this[e] is not a function

I can confirm this is happening here on Meta today. (I’ve not encountered it before, and I log out every time I visit.)

It’s not possible to log out either using Shift+z or via the link on the notification menu.

(Firefox 44.0.2 on Ubuntu Gnome 15.10.)

Happening on my own latest install. An admin can force log-out a user, however, and it works.
