There is no translation for date.

I fixed the date format in https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/ee5b56914cec8c71758c6c3d6e8cbe2a5036f500. Translations on Transifex are fixed as well.
User notes generated after updating to latest will use the correct date format.
