Suppose that post isn’t automatically hidden, then there’ll be some strange behavior

If someone (including Moderators) want to flag that post, it will show a massage saying that post has already been reviewed and cannot be flagged, though that flag is still under review.

If Moderators choose to approve the flag and hide that post, the post won’t be hidden, and cannot be flagged anymore.
Expected behavior:

When the flag is still active, other users can flag that post.

When Moderators approve and hide that post, the post will be hidden.
