More than one site as different container running on the same do server

I have installed successfully site 1 and run it over a month.today I follow the instruction here https://meta.discourse.org/t/running-other-websites-on-the-same-machine-as-discourse/17247,I have edited the first discourse config ,install a outside nginx over host machine and rebuild the first discourse.

then for the sencond site installation, I git clone source code into another directory, copy the first edited app.yml and just edit the domain and clone directory name in that for my second site and then run the https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-cloud.md

./discourse-setup

I got confused by the following hints and I have two different nginx conf for 2 site

and

    /var/ytb-antivte-discourse/discourse-setup
Port 80 appears to already be in use.

This will show you what command is using port 80
COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME

If you are trying to run Discourse simultaneously with another web
server like Apache or nginx, you will need to bind to a different port

See https://meta.discourse.org/t/17247

If you are reconfiguring an already-configured Discourse, use

./launcher stop app

to stop Discourse before you reconfigure it and try again.

Why do you have this line twice?

What you should do is rename app.yml in the containers directory.

You also need to change your mailgun credentials if that’s your real password.

You won’t be able to run discourse-setup if you have a web server running. You should just edit the files yourself with nano or similar. It’s designed only to support the most standard of situations.
