Muted topics appear in the "Category box with featured topics"

Category A with 2 topics
Category B with 10 topics; all topics in B have a tag that is globally muted via the site setting.
Category B is sub-category of A.
The home page is configured to show category boxes with featured topics.

Result: Muted topics from B are still shown in the category box for A at the home page.

I can replicate this:

And the topic doesn’t show in subcategory B itself (as the tag is muted):

This is now resolved. Now the topics from muted tags won’t be visible on the categories page.

FIX: exclude topics from muted tag in category featured list.
