Plugin for featured content/topics at the top of the forum?

This #theme-component immediately came to my mind.

Homepage Feature Component

This is a theme component that features up to 3 topics with images on your community’s homepage [Screen Shot 2020-03-13 at 5.06.59 PM] By default the theme will feature the 3 most recent topics tagged featured and will pull in the first image from the topic.
