How to create feature topics like on Airtable's forum?

What components/plugins do I need for those big featured boxes? Do I need some custom styling as well?

I’m not sure exactly how it’s set up on AirTable’s forum, but you might like to try this theme component:

Homepage Feature Component

This is a theme component that features up to 3 topics with images on your community’s homepage [Screen Shot 2020-03-13 at 5.06.59 PM] By default the theme will feature the 3 most recent topics tagged featured and will pull in the first image from the topic.
