Pre-filled private message to many users at once?

I noticed one post from a few years ago but there was no activity there and wanted to double check.

Is it possible to create a pre-filled URL to start a new message and address it to a few users?
For example:

/new-message?username=user1,user2%26title=test

No, I don’t think support for multiple users was ever implemented.
