Put every closed topic at the bottom of a category

Would it be possible to list all the closed topics at the bottom of the page rather than having them displayed on the open topic?

Usage cage: we have a website where people can vote for their favorite new features added to our services. When we decide not to add a feature, we will close the topic and it will be very nice to only display the open topics at the top.

You could add a link to a filtered topic list [1] or [2] or use the Topic Status Filter.

Thanks for the feedback, but I do prefer to have an option to hide/show closed topics by default and not using the filtered url string =)
