How can I create such subcategories? I can only create a new topic but nothing more or am I missing that and how can I get a bar like this on the side of my wikis that takes you directly to the article?

In general, it is better to ask unrelated questions in separate topics. Otherwise, tagging, choosing a meaningful title, and marking a solution becomes complicated. It also makes it more difficult to find such information using search.
